Brisbane Group Therapy
The Connection Circle is a fortnightly therapeutically facilitated group that focuses on understanding our interpersonal and intra-personal relationships.
Group members choose specific interpersonal goals or challenges they would like to explore in a safe and supportive environment.
The group environment is unique: it’s a space that provides safety, support and honest feedback among members.
As part of this group, you’ll discuss and work through your individual goals and challenges in a safe and supportive environment conducive to interpersonal process work and personal inquiry. You’ll also have the opportunity to interact with others who face similar issues. Through engaging with others, new experiences and exchanging valuable feedback and insight with other group members, you’ll explore new behaviours and ways of being.
Invitation is by application only.
You can register your interest below.
Groups are held on a Tuesday night at 6pm-7.30pm and run fortnightly in Ashgrove, Brisbane. This will be a closed group (the same members) and will be capped at 10 people at a maximum.
Applications are now closed. You can express your interest for 2026 here by requesting an invite and you will be kept on my waitlist and contacted as any spaces become available for 2026.

Feeling like you don’t have a lot of confidence

AS TRUST DEVELOPS
We are able to see what we have in common with others and are able to share experiences in an honest and heart opening way, which up until this point may have proved to be difficult. As we work together we become more self-aware and also learn how to overcome unhelpful behavioural patterns and beliefs in order to increase connection, improve the quality of our interpersonal relationships both within and outside the group.
As discoveries are made participants have the opportunity to experience and provide feedback to each other in the present moment in a genuine, authentic and honest way. This work often leads to deeper relationships with the other group members as we gain an increased understanding and acceptance of others and ourselves.
Group members are encouraged to try out new ways of behaving within the safety of the group. This can ultimately lead to the opportunity for a much more rich and full experience of ourselves as we experience alternative ways of being, which we may not have tried before and are now able to do so with the support of the group.
